Dee and I are booked at Old Man River next Saturday. It's within the realm of possibility that Nicole will be able to join us, less likely that Erik can. We'll have records, T-shirts and ruckus good times.

| Rhymes with Famous, CHIRP |

I'm tired. Thanks to the chicken paprikash (![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) alierajean: we have to have you over more often) I'm satiated. Also, I'm packed up and ready to head to Shakopee in a few hours.
This year Dee and I will be "CHIRP". Along with Nicole and Erik and perhaps Anika, we'll be playing music. Look for us on the daily program (which we call the Broadsheet) or ask after us at an information booth. When possible, and assuming I have it, I'll provide notice here as to when Erik and Nicole will be comming.
We plan on selling Rhymes with Famous along with Dee's record (same link) and CHRIP's record, when that's ready. The important news in all this is that if you are interested in one of the fifty signed and numbered copies of the intial run of "Rhymes with Famous" you should let me know of your interest soon, as there at least some possibility that we could sell all of them during the Renaissance Festival, this year. For now, the best way of letting me know is to comment here. |

As mplspunky just mentioned, D&D kindly allowed me to sit in with them tonight. I called the D&D House a few hours before the show when Tony pointed out that I had timeoff, and didn't know when next I would.
( Sad, but true. )
Really fun show tonight. They gave me my first even drum solo as a sit-in musician, which I think went pretty well. I definately enjoyed it.
Sore, though. I don't know how Andy does it. This is the second Tuesday I've sat in in last three Tuesdays. The bruses and blisters from the previous time still hadn't healed, and tonight didn't improve matters any. But oh, but I hurt. |

In other news Dee (have I talked much about Dee? I should...) and I have secured some studio time and will recording somtime in December. We started putting togther a list of stuff to include and have talked to a few people about stitting in. Yay! I've very excited to see how some of our originals turn out.
Final weekend of MRF comming up; I'll probably have stuff to say about the show after that. I'll certianly have more time to say it. |
